No. You can start your trial without entering any payment details, and no card is charged during the trial period.

Yes. On a monthly plan you can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and the change applies from your next billing cycle. On a yearly plan you can upgrade at any time and simply pay the prorated difference; downgrades take effect when your annual term renews.

Yearly billing gives you the same features at a lower effective rate — you save around 17% compared to paying monthly. Moreover, the annual plan offers more flexibility: your booking limit is for the entire year, whereas the monthly limit resets every month. Monthly billing offers more flexibility to change plans.

We won't block your bookings — your shop should never lose business because of a limit. Any bookings above your monthly allowance are simply billed at €0.75 each, and overage charges are capped so they never cost more than upgrading to the next plan. If you regularly exceed your limit, upgrading is usually the better value, and we'll let you know.

It lists your shop and services on the Betteride marketplace, helping nearby cyclists discover and book you directly — an extra channel for new customers at no additional cost.

No. Setup is free, and we'll help you import your existing data and get running. If you're migrating from another system, our support team assists with the transition.

We accept major credit/debit cards and SEPA direct debit. You'll receive a proper VAT invoice for every payment. Prices shown are exclusive of VAT.

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and run until the end of the paid period. Yearly plans run for the committed term and won't auto-renew if you cancel before renewal.

Your data is yours. You can export your bookings, clients, and quotes at any time, and we'll provide an export if you decide to leave.

Your data is hosted in the EU and handled in full compliance with the GDPR.
